Meet Our Dental Office Staff Your Signature Dental Team

Gina graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2000 with her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in CPR and the administration of local anesthesia. She feels fortunate to be employed by a dental office that has such a great reputation and friendly and professional co-workers. She and her husband live in Sheboygan with their two boys. They enjoy playing volleyball, walking, and biking.

Kim graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 1977 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. In her ​40+ years of experience, she has seen her patients keeping their teeth longer and achieving better oral health. She and her husband grew up in Sheboygan and raised their four sons here. ​Kim enjoys her five grandchildren, continues practicing dental hygiene on a limited basis, performs in the Sheboygan Symphony Chorus, exercises routinely, and enjoys socializing with friends.

Lori graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 1986 with her degree in dental hygiene. She started her career with Dr. Feider and has continued with Signature Dental. She is certified in CPR. Working with her patients for 40 years, she is excited to see them achieving optimal dental health while building lasting relationships with them. Lori has been married for over 35 years, as well, and has two adult daughters and two grandchildren. When she has spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends.

Becky graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay in 2020 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.  She is certified in CPR and administration of local anesthetic.  She and her husband, Jason, grew up and live in the Sheboygan Falls area.  She enjoys cooking, traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.  She is excited about being a part of the Signature Dental team.  She looks forward to educating patients about their oral health and building relationships with them.

Shannon has worked in the dental field for over 25 years. She began her career as a dental assistant and in 2017 received her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma. She sincerely enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve their goals for both dental and overall health. Shannon raised her 3 children in Oklahoma where they still reside with their spouses and children. She is glad to be back home in Sheboygan but loves to visit her granddaughters in her free time. She also enjoys golf, walking, and spending time with family.

Martha graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay in 2024 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in CPR and the administration of local anesthesia. She lives in Sheboygan with her daughter and three dogs. She enjoys volunteering and fostering for local animal rescues, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. She is excited to be a part of the Signature Dental team. She looks forward to educating patients about their oral health and building trusting relationships with them.

A graduate of the LTC dental assisting program, Melissa has been working for Signature Dental since 2000 working primarily as Dr. Bistan’s assistant. She is a certified dental assistant and is also certified in sedation dentistry and CPR. She has really enjoyed the years she’s spent in the office and getting to know all of her patients. She recently moved to Green Bay where she lives with her significant other and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being outside in the garden, bird watching and spending time with her family and friends.

Missy graduated from Lakeshore Technical College’s dental assisting program in 1994. Joining the staff of Signature Dental in 1997, she works primarily as Dr. Hill’s assistant. She is certified in CPR and sedation dentistry. She continues to live in Sheboygan Falls, where she also grew up. She and her husband have 3 boys, a dog Finley and a cat Hopper. She enjoys spending time being part of the Sheboygan Falls Dance Association and likes watching dance, collecting beach glass and being with family and friends.

Caitlin is a 2020 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College’s dental assisting program.  She joined our office in June of 2020.  In her free time, she enjoys taking walks with her golden doodle, Finley, visiting her twin in Milwaukee, as well as spending time with her family.

Makayla is a 2023 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College's dental assisting program. She joined our office in May of 2023 and primarily works with Dr. Hill. In her free time, she likes to spend time up north, and enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Heidi is a 2023 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College's dental assisting program. She joined our office in August of 2025. In her free time, Heidi enjoys hunting, relaxing up north at her family's cabin & spending time with her 2-year-old English Lab, Moose.

Rachel joined the Signature Dental team in December of 2021. She has over 20 years of dental office experience. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, camping, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Anna joined the staff of Signature Dental in March of 2017 and brings more than ten years of administrative experience in the dental field. She and her husband moved to Plymouth from northern Wisconsin. They have four daughters, who keep them very busy with their extracurricular activities. She is very family oriented, spending most of her spare time with her family.

Lu Ann has more than 40 years of dental office experience.  A native of Sheboygan, she enjoys camping, hunting, and spending time with her husband, three children and dog, Katie.
